Can we get a "full speed", draggable window....

I actually tried to run another instance of uTorrent today. Alas it is clever, and just opened my existing copy...

What i want to do, is be able to pull speed limited torrents out of the sheduler and drop them into a "full-speed" box.

How often do you catch yourself turning the limiter off cause you gotta get the next episode of _insert_favourite_show_ and then pausing all other torrents to get what you need ever so quick. Just to have to re-enable and re-limit _that_season_of_that_show_you_can't_justify_smashing_peak_downloads_for_...

I can't be alone here...

Maybe there is a feature, maybe i just don't know it yet. Someone, please show me the light.
