saturdayskids Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 I'm positive it's a valid torrent file. I've tried downloading various bittorrent clients, none of the torrents work on them. I tried downloading different torrents, none of them work, they're all "invalid torrent files" on everything I try to open them with. I'm running on a Vista laptop.Help, please?
jewelisheaven Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 and you're sure its a bencoded file?Check the editor in my signature. See if it has all the right keys to be a torrent
Firon Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Some ISPs corrupt torrent files. But I'd consider that to be the case only if you can't open any torrent at all from any site whatsoever.
saturdayskids Posted December 8, 2007 Author Report Posted December 8, 2007 Firon, that might be the problem enitrely, but..I goto a university, when I was using my PC they always worked, but now that I'm on wireless they don't? Does that make sense?
Firon Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Your wireless card might be broken. Who knows. Or your university screws with wifi.
