Need help please

I am new to utorrent. How can I have utorrent automatically show number of the seeds and peers of the torrents on utorrent? Currently, mine is showing 0(0) (zero) unless torrents are in action (downloading/uploading).

Thank you so much for answering, but I cannot find that looks like the one you've pointed out for me. I'm using uTorrent 1.7.5 and Options - BitTorrent - Ask tracker for scrape information (this box already has a check mark). Further assistance would be appreciated very much.
