Slow download rate!!!

I have been using utorrent for about 3 months. And I have to say utorrent is the best torrent client i have used.

However, there is a problem. That's the download rate. I always download file about 1000 seeds. But the speed of one download is only about 4kbs. Don't know why^^

I have forwarded port and done everything i could, but nothing changed.

And besides, the total download speed at the bottom of the utorrent is abou 70kbs. When i add up each individual speed, it's only about 20kbs!!!!
