u torrent not downloading

recntlyy i got a new boradband connection with a modem,previouslyy when i was having a static ip aal things were going welll but after instaaling modem my utorrent is not workin .its only my source of downaloding stuff ..

when i start u torrent it provides me th foloowing error

provide me a concrete solution of th problem

Well the yellow triangle doesn't necessarily mean the problem in itself.

Does your internet work with other things? like browsing the web. Can you try any torrent from http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ to see if you connect to any peers?

i can do aal work on browser without any problems

Does your ISP (Chello.nl?) block/throttle/cripple BitTorrent traffic in any way?

Have you done searches for your ISP both here and on GOOGLE for proof?

your browser experience is not proof that bittorrent should work.

ISPs can and do proxy HTTP traffic, and reguarly those same ISPs do not affect port 80 traffic whereas they may shape/throttle/mangle all other ports.
