New torrent seeding problem

Okay I got a little problem I searched the forum and I could not find my answer....

I created my first torrent yesterday using utorrent( a older program I wanted to work out any problems and I knew a older one wouldn't get that many dl) and I uploaded it to a torrent website.....My up arrow is red I looked at the General tab under tracker status it states hostname not found okay this is what is causing the red up arrow so how do I fix this problem I have my Ip typed into utorrent I even tried my computer name but it will not turn green in doing so the people that has dl the file can't seed as well....

My Anti Virus is ZoneAlarm Internet Security I have no problem dl at all I just know when nothing is seeding or if there is a color in utorrents connection peers dl slower then normal....I don't want peers thinking my future torrents are no good so I would like to correct the problem before it starts.....

I got the up arrow to turn green it was the tracker I was using I guess it was no good, so I added a list of other open trackers to the property on the torrent....But now that I got it to turn green why isn't it showing me I am seeding?

Okay I read the forum more and I think that I have my answer I am looking for but maybe I am wrong....Utorrent won't show me seeding my own file is this right? It will tell me that I am but under the numbers Seeds 0 (22) DL 23 (44) my 1 seed (which is me) will never show up on the first number.....I am sorry for all of these questions and editing it just I am new to seeding and I got 1 terabyte of files I would like to share...And I would like to do things right....Thanks for any and all help......
