Can anyone help me in making an inactive file active?

What are some other tips to increase speed?

You want the guides page (linked below). If you are unhappy with the performance of your torrent queue you may want to change it via Ctrl-P -> Queue .

Also may I recommend downloading and at least glancing through the µManual. Ultima spent alot of time collating and making it look as pretty as it does.
