Why do you think you need to.

If you have trouble communicating with trackers intermittently it is possible your connection is being choked through upload.

If it is permanent it is possible the tracker is down.

i think i need to change it because it's trying to connect and then declares time out almost every time thay i add new download and after a long time it succeeds and says working
