Exiting uTorrent

I pretty much leave my computer on 24/7, and I let uTorrent run the whole time.

However, some private trackers say that you need to exit your client properly to get the right stats.

How do I exit uTorrent? And why would I want to, since I only restart my computer maybe once a week or something? I always just minimize it to tray, and when I'm finished seeding something, I double-click to change it to "finished". Isn't that enough?

Any tracker that says that is making it "easy" for them.

To update your stats on any decent tracker, all you need to do in uTorrent is press stop. (in toolbar, or right click menu)

Sending the event=stopped message should be all that is required for your stats to update at their end... and it may take several minutes for it to reflect in your userprofile.
