balage Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, so sorry if it has. Well, I was thinking that there should be a new Auto Shutdown option, which would shut down the computer if the upload speed was under x kb/s, or is 0 kb/s for the last 5 (or more/less) minutes. It'd be pretty useful, when I let my computer turned on for the night. Because if the last leecher finishes the torrent at for example around 3am, and there are no other leechers, then my computer would shut down automatically, instead of doing nothing for the rest of the night.
ajones81 Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 But how do you know if more leechers won't connect later? If you've not reached your seeding goal, it would be nice to continue, don't you think?BTW, a 'Shutdown After Seeding Complete' option would do very nicely. Devs? (On the other hand, if that's what 'Shutdown When Everything Finishes' means, kindly ignore this!)
balage Posted December 15, 2007 Author Report Posted December 15, 2007 I don't know... On non-international private trackers it's very unlikely that somebody would connect during the night.
