msg. Pops Up saying unable to load..The system cannot find the file

Everytime i try to download something i keep getting a message saying (unable to load..The system cannot find the file specified ! ) i have been using utorrent for awhile now and never had this problem and its not just doing it on certain file its doing it on everything, and ive also tried downloading stuff that ive already downloaded but still im getting the same message, so to make sure that it wasn't Utorrent or the files, i used a friends computer and had no problems so could someone please tell me whats wrong with mine so i can fix it thank you
