When I look at the peers there are 56 Uploading and only 3 shearing and they have Restrected their upload to 1KB!What is wroung with you The Whole perpus of this is t0 shear files not just steel them!I do not set a limite in my upload! why aye the rest of you?!!Eather start shearing or get the hell of the net!cobwebt
