Red ! icon on status bar

I was doing the test downloading the OpenOffice package and it was downloading at about 0.3 kB/s and the status was the triangle, but suddenly the download speed went up to about 100 kB/s and the status icon went to a red circle. It downloaded successfully, but now the download speed is 0 and the icon is still red.

Does anyone know what I should do? I'm not particularly good with computers...
