DreadWingKnight Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 Does the problem persist with OpenOffice torrents?
maksim08 Posted December 17, 2007 Author Report Posted December 17, 2007 what should i do with this link??
jewelisheaven Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 You are talking about downloads yes? This is a confirmed and working / operational swarm setup. Please download a torrent from there, start it, and observe the results. It is best to not do this while running other torrents at first. Then if it works testing while working with other torrents can point out possible overload at your end.
maksim08 Posted December 17, 2007 Author Report Posted December 17, 2007 yes, they are red and offline (i have them on my trekker to others to download).what should i do?? download your torrent to test my client?? (if yes i dont see it!!)PS. i can't download open office!!
jewelisheaven Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 OK so are you saying with the new torrent it is not working? Please describe what happened when you tried to download it.Also click on "General" tab and tell me "tracker status".
maksim08 Posted December 17, 2007 Author Report Posted December 17, 2007 this happened!!one question: how much meggs open office is?? there is other link!! and what i have to do with it?? (just open it from my client??)sorry but it is green now, tomorow i will say it to you!!
jewelisheaven Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 So in your browser you cannot find the webpage? uT has no browser built-in. So were you able to download and add the torrent into uT?
maksim08 Posted December 18, 2007 Author Report Posted December 18, 2007 how much meggs this torrent is?? traker status is - HTTP error 403!!i can't find this torrent!!
Switeck Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 Some "ISP"s block the download of torrent files, so you can't even BEGIN to run them in µTorrent....This may be one of them.
ajones81 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 @maksim08: Try downloading the torrent from here and see. The file is ~107MB, but you don't need to download it completely. Just leave it running for some time (say, half an hour or so) and report back on whether it works fine.
maksim08 Posted December 19, 2007 Author Report Posted December 19, 2007 like this?? but it start to download it!!two last days client start to work normaly, last night error doesn't show itself.and one question: after i download this torrent client has to work properly??
Ultima Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 No, the torrent is just for testing purposes, as it's known to work well (so any issues while running it generally indicates an improper configuration, or some other interference).
jewelisheaven Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 Thanks for the picture, but it really doesn't show any vitals about that torrent.. as well as you didn't sanitize it in the event big brother is watching and knows who you are...If you want to post a picture, perhaps highlighting that torrent, and moving it to it's own label and Ctrl clicking its label and "Active" under Categories pane (F7) to only show it... and Alt-Print Screen copy the active window with "General" tab showing the active vitals of the OOo torrent. Then pasting it into mspaint (for example) and saving as a PNG and uploading to tinypic for your next post If it is your configuration it can be fixed. If it is on your ISPs end, for example controlling your speeds and/or times which you can download it is less "fixed" and more "managed" to allow you the best utility of your internet line which you paid for.
maksim08 Posted December 21, 2007 Author Report Posted December 21, 2007 from now on it start to work normaly, big thanks to everybody!!
