torrents/settings not saving when running as service

whenever I restart my computer or do net stop utorrent, net start utorrent, all my torrents and settings aren't being saved

I noticed that it's not making the resume.dat and .old files that it usually makes when it's not running as a service

I installed the service with the reskit thing that was posted on here

also I copied settings.dat to the utorrent dir to make everything easier

how can I fix this?

Is the service running as the same user as the regular instance?

Are the settings being saved in the system service account appdata\utorrent?

I'm not sure what you mean by the user.. in taskmgr next to utorrent.exe it says SYSTEM

I also checked everything in C:\Documents and Settings.. nothing there

Well if u place settings.dat next to the exe it should work. Try running it under a user account instead of system.
