Webrowser issue with utorrent

I have been using utorrent for a month now and everything is great until the browser issue.

if i do a search out of utorrent the browser pops up like it should and after a few seconds the webrowser acts like there is no connection to the internet.

also it will not let me bring up www.utorrent.com either.

i can manually go to mininova.org so this is driving me crazy.

it kind of acts like there is a filter or block some how.

i have me laptop at work and it works fine with the same isp.

can anyone please help.

i was going to try and delete and reinstall but if it won't let me go to the website manually then there is no use in trying that.
