sometimes open, sometimes closed? help needed badly :(

Hi there,

When I run uTorrent port checker, it sometimes says that the ports are open (green) but after a few minutes when I re-run the test, it says they're closed... and again, after a couple of minutes - ok, later on - closed... and so on and so forth... downloads speeds are so low they drive me crazy... please help me! (I guess I did everything as they told me on portforward.com) I have a router.
