IE stops working

hi guys i got a problem today i have been using utorrent for past 2 yrs first time facing this problem.... after running utorrent for some time and when i stop the downloading i am not able to browse using both IE and firefox also my Gtalk messanger also doesnt work... after i restart my computer i am able to browse...pls give a solution guys....

You want to go through Ultima's How-To and follow the procedure for restricting your connections more, and even resorting to disabling extra features... Also if you're so inclined to paste a HiJackThis Log after you research it a bit would able to check for incompatibilities.

More than just a HijackThis log, anything specifically requested at the bottom of the thread should be provided.

I just mentioned HJT specifically because it's probably a BHO causing trouble.

Indeed, a HijackThis log might be useful if none of the suggestions help, but all the other pieces of information requested in the linked thread are equally important, if not moreso, since it sounds like sharath957 is experiencing a misconfiguration issue rather than some BHO or external-process-related issue (considering how Firefox and GTalk are exhibiting the same symptoms).
