notification bubble doesn't notify after pc resumes from sleep

I noticed that when the PC enters sleep mode with utorrent running then resumes from sleep, afterwards when I download a torrent the bubble doesn't notify when the torrent finishes downloading. I have to close and reopen the program for it to show the bubble again.

Fix please?

Forgot to mention I'm running version 1.7.5 on windows vista ultimate 32-bit
