Can Not Add Torrent URL

When I am trying to add torrents for downloading I bring up the Add dialog in the WebUI and uTorrent does nothing. No add, no error, no nothing.

This rappens quite frequently but then works later, sometimes it works when I close the browser and reopen it, but not always.

Just today its not working even after restarting uTorrent.
