How do I use utorrent to download a file?

I have a list of URLs from which I can get the file. I click on "Add torrent from URL" and copy and paste the URL. (ex. http://vip.tracker.thepiratebay.org:80/announce)

I keep getting the error message: 'HTTP Error 400' while downloading URL.
