Network OK but ports not forwarded correctly.

I have the green network ok icon running but when I use the speed guide's port forwarding test utility. It says that my ports are not forwarded correctly. How should I start troubleshooting?

I'm running behind a linksys WRTC54GC ver 2 router and am using a motorola SBV2120 surfboard modem. I checked my modem based on http://forum.portforward.com/YaBB.cgi?board=Knowledge;action=display;num=1139203595 article and it is working fine. Its not giving me a 192.168.1.xxx address.

I tried checking if my ports are forwarded properly from another site and it gives me the green light. I'm totally confused now.

This was what I used, http://whatsmyip.org/ports/

Any help is greatly appreciated.
