Look in your %APPDATA%\uTorrent folder and see if you have any .BAD files.

If this is the case, I would copy them as well as your current (blank?) files, unless you don't want them... and open the .BAD file with Ultima's Bencoded file editor. If you look through it and see most of your old files, it is possible deleting the last file's entry will help. Be sure to also delete .FILEGUARD if you remove/change anything... Or you can also just try re-saving it as resume.dat ... rename any resume.dat.old files and see if restarting uT loads the files listed in the editor.

Also pay attention to the Logger tab to see if it mentions corrupted dat files or duplicate keys... :/

If you must resort to re-adding everything, can I suggest Ctrl-P -> Other -> Auto-Load folder. It will automatically load the torrents with your default save directory (which you will want to put as your finished folder first, so you only have to force recheck the torrent prior to starting on all of the finished ones). After adding in the ones you know were done, changing it to the previous functionality of Downloading -> Completed if you used them before would work just like before.

Thanks Jewel, I could not find the %appdata% so I just went and manually added all the files I could remember. Only thing I could not remember was the ones I was seeding. Still I think all is well now and thank you for your help.
