crisps
Just upgraded to utorrent1.7.5 b4602, with Vista, and it seems I can't limit my upload speed on a completed torrent.I've downloaded a file and have now seeded back to 1.1 ratio and rather than stopping the upload entirely now, I want to merely limit it's bandwidth to 10kb/s. Trying to change this in the options settings doesn't work, neither does trying right-click>bandwidth allocation>set upload limit. The settings are sticking ok, but the upload is still going full speed so I'm unable to share back other torrents as quickly as I'd like to.I've tried stopping the torrent and restarting it with the changed upload speed but that doesn't do it either. Is this some problem others can duplicate? DreadWingKnight
Do you have an L: in your status bar for the uploads?
