Cougar0085 Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 Ok, i was using Azuerus and someone told me uTorrent is basically the same but better, THis was true for me when i tried out this software. But ever since i ran it for the first time my internet connection gets killed, this doesnt bother me when im using it but it persists even after shutdown, router restart, computer restart. I even checked peer guardian and uTorrent peers are still conecting to my computer and the software is not running. Why does this happen? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jewelisheaven Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 After you connect to the swarm, especially if you have Peer Exchange and DHT enabled, you will be in the "loop" for other peers to connect to you until noone who was on at the same time as you is on the swarm anymore. This is outside normal tracker behaviour of returning a list of peers for a specific INFOHASH. If you are experiencing net dropout I would imagine your router is budget-line and cannot handle the amount of connections.
