torrent reset itself

last night i had 3 torrents downloading, each of them near the halfway mark. this morning when i turned on my computer, all of them had reset to 0%, even though the files were still in the destination folder, half complete. is there any way i can get utorrent to check the files again or something? right now it is downloading from 0% again and its really bugging me.

here is a picture of what it looks like, note the total downloaded and % complete.

You can stop the torrents and try doing a force re-check.
