Upload limit speed is never set.

Hi,

When ever I set the limit for the upload speed (by clicking on the bottom right corner), it only sets the limit for a short moment. After a while, the upload limit increases over time.

Why is that?

Did you turn on the automatic limiter?

I just unchecked the automatic option... works fine now.

I should have looked into the preferences first....
