I've searched the forum to see if this has been asked before, but I came accross no entries. so here's my question: I see "down speed" values of about 0.1-0.2 kb in some of my fully completed and seeding files!and some of them are quite persistent. how and why would a fully complete file still be downloading? and can I be sure that my seeding files will not get corrupted in any way over time? you see, sometimes the download value keeps coming and going for a full minute, and I can't help but wonder what is going on with an already completed and seeding file. anybody else come accross this one?
