[Request] Allowing a certain action upon reaching a certain ratio

When a torrent reaches a certain specified ratio allow for a certain action to be completed.

For example you could set it up as such that when a torrent reaches 3:1 ratio that the files are deleted and the torrent is removed. This can be used in conjunction with running a certain command when the torrent is completed downloading.

So, say I download a television show. I have it set up so that it extracts the television show from the rar upon completion. Now, when I'm done seeding to a certain ratio it will automatically delete the rars leaving the unrar'd file.
