jewelisheaven Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 In that case you can expect no more than 90 KiBps down theoretical maximum in uT, and you shouldn't be running your Speed Guide (Ctrl-G) settings any higher than xx/128 .With those low connection settings it is likely if you are running additional security software on your computer it is impeding the communications outside, would you mind posting a HiJackThis log as suggested from the How-To to help others alert you to possible problem programs?
