cheerio
Hi thereI have a problem in that always have peers uploading from me but rarely can I seem to download from them. I have been downloading for 1 day and 11 hours and my ratio is 1.4I have had to limit my upload speed drastically this morning as it is never stopping and my downloading speed is averaging 0.8I have never had this trouble before and would love some in put.I was using 1.7.2 and have upgraded to 1.75, I have Windows XP without service pack 2I am quite concerned as my ISP only allows me 5 GB per month and at this rate it is going to take me about that just to download 1 file!thanksHolly

jewelisheaven
If you are unsure of whether your ISP has or is shaping / blocking torrent traffic, checking either http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ or http://www.slackware.com/torrents/ will show you the maximum sustained bandwidth your ISP thinks you should have.If the OOo or slackware torrent is extremely high compared to your experienced swarms, the problem is in the swarm / peers in the swarm.
