dathrien Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 I have been using u Torrent during the last year on Win XP without any problems whatsoever.Recently I've switched to Ubuntu 7.10. I run u Torrent under wine 0.9.53. When I start downloading everything seems to function normally. The diagnostic icon turns green and the relevant mouse over message is "Network works as it should". The download and upload start picking up speed but a few seconds later the upload dies out. The download continues for maybe a minute and stops too, with the Error: Access denied. Being new in the world of Linux I believe this must be due to some simple adjustment in the network setup which I can't locate.Many thanks in advance for your suggestions.
