Dgr8Strategist Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 hi , first i have to say that my utorrent was installed on XP, then few days ago i upgraded to vista, and since then my upload are running at maximum speed wich lower my dl alot!so i reinstalled utorrent, but still doing the same thing, i fix my upload to 25kb/s per download, i am trying to download 2 files , both set at 25kb/s max upload but they both run now at 60-90 kb/s and my download is at 15-25 kb/s. i went in the options lowered upload at 25 kb/s didnt work and the right click to change upload speed dont work too.anyone know whats wrong ? how to fix it?thx Matth.
