I have the NAT set to endpoint independent

I have the proper ports forwarded, and I am curious as to the cause of this:

Would an upload slot limit of 4 have something to do with all these errors?

Thanks.

Hey, I'm having the exact same problem with the DGL-4300 Gaming Router. However, I'm using torrentflux-b4rt. See http://tf-b4rt.berlios.de/forum/index.php?topic=2221.0;wap2

Lerfalis, can you contact via e-mail form and we can touch base? Possibly compare TCP dumps from our torrent boxes.

I've contacted D-Link regarding this issue, and here is what they said:

Dear Matt Callaghan,

I would suggest setting the NAT Endpoint Filtering to Endpoint

Independent for both the TCP and UDP. There is no way to allow the ICMP

traffic to simply passthrough the router. This setting would cause a

serious security risk to the network, as ICMP responses can be used to

queue the network.

EDIT: [fermulator] -- RE NAT endpoint configuration: I did this, and it improved my speeds a little bit, but the ICMP messages still occur, and my download speeds are not as fast as I would expect.

EDIT: [fermulator] -- RE "this setting would cause a problem", I partially agree, however it's lame that D-Link doesn't allow the user to disable this....

As for support for the DGL-4300, the product has been discontinued. We

do offer very limited support via email, but all of the resources

available for the DGL-4300 are available at http://www.dlink.ca.

Should you require further assistance with your D-Link products, please

reply to this message, or call toll free at 800-361-5265. Thank you

for networking with D-Link.

Sincerely,

John M.
