jewelisheaven
When did the trouble start? Have you already tried the steps from Ultima's How-To? Are you usually able to download @ 46 during the day? or only at night?

jewelisheaven
If your day and night average is 46 you don't have a problem. Try downloading either of the test torrents from the How-To. Report back what kind of SUSTAINed download you get from them (select Speed tab, scroll to 5-30 second increments, report the average). Are you seeing "Download Limited"? nicoskie
It's fine now but only if I'm downloading music album, when I start downloading movies it become slower again.
jewelisheaven
uTorrent doesn't care what you're downloading. The variance you are seeing is the swarm you're connecting to. Proof can be found by using either torrent from the How-To. Both OOo and Slackware are housed/seeded with multiple fast peers so if you download that really fast then it's the swarm and the best bet you can do is to make sure you seed efficiently OUT to get the most IN.
