Tipi Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Normal Operation:utorrent 1.7.6number of torrents: 4download: 300kB/supload: 40kB/sCPU usage: under 8%Every night, at midnight, cpu useage goes to 100%, with download dropping to 20kB/s or lessI have to control a (which can take 5 min before utorrent recognizes it), stop all, exit utorrent, then restart utorrent, and start torrents, cpu & speed returns to normalAny ideas of what I can possibly have set wrong?Thanks in advance,Tipi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(open procexp, Ctrl-L, Ctrl-D, click utorrent.exe, Ctrl-A, post list below/above)Since you know when it freezes, perhaps there is something on your computer which happens @ exactly midnight? But nowadays (after I'd reinstalled my win7), I found that all of the computer is very slow when I download something. I've checked the proc explorer and saw, there is a "nice" cpu usage of the uTorrent and the DCP (almost 100%).
