vodkah Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 I'm running Win Vista Home Premium with uTorrent 1.7.5I have set my maxiumum upload rate to 15 kB/s (as well as the alternate upload rate to the same thing) yet uTorrent is showing me a speed of 28, 30, 35 kB/s upload in the Up Speed.I have tried to set it to Automatic, hit apply, then go back and set the limits as I posted above, and it doesn't seem to make a difference.Is this an issue with Vista or with uTorrent v1.7.5.Has anyone else noticed this?
