reigninblood666 Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 okay well whenever im downloading using utorrentmy speeds never go higher than 50kb/sand usually they stay below 20kb/sdoes anyone know what could be wrong, i have tried utorrent 1.7.5 and it was slow on there and i am using 1.7.6 and it is still really slowjust for a 700mb file it sometimes takes a day, when peoples speeds go up to more than 300kb/s if anyone could help that would be appreciated. Also not running any other torrent / traffic, try the OpenOffice torrent mentioned in the How-To. What behaviour do you experience on that known working swarm. AllGamer Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 if you are getting around 300 kbps with the open office, then your stuff is working fine, and the stuff you were trying to download are just slow due the seeds / peers unable to upload fast enough to you.
