Help?

Okay, im not new to using utorrent..Ive been using it for over a year or so now.

Heres the problem;

At first everything was fine, I could download etc with no problems, well..that was for the first 2 months or so, since then utorrent seems to cut out my internet connection (Meaning the only way to get it back is to reset the whole router) Ive lived with it..as I can get an hour to two hours downloading until it cuts out..but as you can imagine it's a problem I'd like to get sorted..

Heres the facts

I used to use a laptop, with a built in Wirless Reciever, that was the first time I noticed the problems..now I have a new desktop and so use a USB reciever (Belkin wirless G Plus MIMO USB Network Adaptor), the actual router is a Belkin G Plus MIMO ADSL.

My Anti Virus is AVG Free Edition.

So, anyone out there have any ideas on the problem, oh and btw..simple terms please, Im a bit of a noob to the whole technical language.
