Automatically remove "dead network" tracker

First, congratulations on a great work.

A wish for Santa:

I noticed quite a drop in performance when utorrent tried to access "a dead network", which in most cases I've encountered was the prq.to. I don't know if it's just dead or unresponsive, but it would be nice if under Advanced Options you put "Remove dead trackers - true or false".

TRUE would remove the problematic tracker from the list automatically on torrent load, instead of having remove it by hand.

Since DHT works like a charm, it's really no point having a problematic tracker in the list.

I'm talking about "dead" trackers, not the timed-out/offline ones, which don't cause problems.

And keep those wheels spinning!
