jewelisheaven
Multiple port tests give different results. I have used http://canyouseeme.org https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=YOURPORTNUMBER and http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=YOURPORTNUMBER to test open ports. If you can't login it means you haven't forwarded the UDP port. TCP is for peer traffic and tracker communication, while UDP is for DHT and LPD. Make sure you forwarded the appropriate rules on the port for BOTH TCP and UDP protocol.
Switeck
What software firewall and antivirus/antispyware software are you running? It sounds like they may be blocking uTorrent from making connections.
mrgrim
how do i forward the UDP port?
_Aes_Sedai_
It depends on the router, but in general you should see a drop-down menu or a box to click on your port forwarding page that has tcp, udp, or both.

_Aes_Sedai_
Yes it will be in that "Modem website thingy". Do you connect directly to a modem, or do you use a router.
