jewelisheaven
You may be shaped due to your port usage. What port are you using? Have you verified you can get 50 KiBps with http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ ? :/ It will take a methodical search to see what has changed. jewelisheaven
what does no luck mean? Does it mean you get a "offline (timeout)" tracker status? Does it return peers but you can't connect to them???Have you tried changing your port? Have you noticed this recently coinciding with "network management" or similar "bandwidth control" announcements from your ISP?
