Control and use of trackers.

I have following questions.

1. Does anyone have software who controll trackers (valid or not valid)?

2. Is it possible if I use more trackers I get a faster or better download?

?!? Software to control trackers. If you're talking about trackers with user functions, there's usually an admin or cpanel. Trackers don't make downloads faster. More peers uploading faster means faster downloads for you. To get the best chance of that make sure YOU are uploading as fast and efficiently as possible.
