AllGamer Posted February 8, 2008 Report Posted February 8, 2008 o_0 huhhhh? ...your bandwidth speed is FIXED, there is no way to change it, only your ISP can do that, when you subscribe to a more expensive package.so pretty much the answer is a NO, there is no way you can do that via software.I think you are getting confused about the actual ISP switch vs the Software configuration to limit speed to prevent stalling your internet connection
