Switeck
The tracker/s those torrents are on...are probably offline (timeout), possibly FOREVER!Does that happen with ALL torrents?
UncleDuke
I'm having the same problem -- I start uTorrent, all is well, then my torrents go red and the error reads "offline (timed out)." This happens with at least 2 different tracker sites, both of which are still active and updating. Client reports my network connection is fine, and I am downloading/uploading, but I do not think the tracker sites are seeing this -- I've lost share ratio while uploading. I do not have a timeout issue when using Azureus, but I'd rather use uTorrent. (And yes, I only run one torrent client at a time.)

Firon
http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992#p258231And you should also try removing and re-adding any firewall rules for ut.
