I see what these are for, but they could be a possible problem...

O20 - Winlogon Notify: !SASWinLogon - C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASWINLO.DLL

O20 - Winlogon Notify: LMIinit - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LMIinit.dll

Also it could be your IDM corrupted your LSP (LSP stands for layered sevice providers and is a frequent point of injection for mal/ad/bad-ware)... Additionally you should know any indexing services including Nero Scout Google Desktop and Windows Search may interfere with your ability to download due to file access permissions.

You should also try turning off your Nokia service and site advisor (start -> run -> services.msc) to see if that affects the problem at all.

Posted

No dude, the problem is that I messed with my services and I want them like they were before (Default), I think thats the problem cause it started when I changed them.

Not System Restore, dont have restore point. Another way? Except manually? And if manually, a list?

Posted

Service status is likely NOT responsible for your oflfine status. If you have uT setup to not overload your half-open settings (Ctrl-P -> Advanced -> net.max_halfopen should be 8, it will be * if it is not default)... and if you are limiting your upload below your maximum sustained speed, then some OTHER process is interfering with your internet packets.

How do you expect anyone here to know what services you changed???

Posted

Well I changed the net.max_halfopen to 90 changin it with the patch but it was ok before, after I changed the damn services it went all to hell :(

Heres the log of the services that you can export.

edit: too long, heres the link to the txt file http://www.zshare.net/download/752830140c4341/

Anyways, I do have a modem that can be connectable but thats not the problem as I said before it says offline. Please help! (I think I should reinstall Windows all over)

Posted

Raising half open connection rate in uTorrent beyond the default of 8 is just a recipe for disaster if you're already having problems!

I'd even expect bluescreens due to crappy networking hardware and software were net.max_halfopen set to 90. :P

Try setting net.max_halfopen to 4.
