Problem with created torrents

Latelly I made torrents using utorrent and I've seeded it for some time, but realised that there are no more seeds coming, I checked and there were ppl with 99% complete. So I resterted the torrent, hased files again and ... the torrent that I created was incomplete (about 98,8%), therefore I couldnt seed it.

When I looked at the "files" tab at few files there was missing some kB at the begining and at the end ... (but the files are undamaged, when I checked).

Some ppl, that downloaded 99% said that ale files are good, and they can use them, but 1 guy (or maybe more, I don't know) had some dameged files.

(torrent contained ab. 10 files 4MB - 15MB).

Does any of you heared about that problem?
