Hetty Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Guys, I have problem with my uTorrent and internet browsers.When I open uTorrent, after, like 10-15 minutes all my browsers stop working. Writing like "Browser can not connet to... etc.." or "Check settings, firewall etc".Don't have any firewall, antivirus NOD32 (but it don't block uTorrent).

Are you using any security software which inspects/mucks with internet packets? Checking Ctrl-P -> Advanced -> net.max_halfopen and bt.connect_speed are they default (* means non-default)?Have you checked through any of the Steps in Ultima's Awesome How-To for troubleshooting?

jewelisheaven Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 Sounds like your router can't handle the number of connections... If you limit them from Ctrl-P -> BiTTorrent to a lower value does the time prior to "timeout" lengthen? If so you need to find a way to get your route to handle more connections or "track" connections less. You still haven't mentioned the router make/model or if you've searched here for it already.
