Add Schedule Enable button in the tool bar

One Item that I would really like to have is a button in the tool bar to enable and disable the Scheduler. As of now, you have to either right click on the icon in the windows task bar and choose to enable, or go though Options/Preferences/Scheduler then check mark the box.

A simple button next to the RSS and Preference button would be great.

When doing so, please add to that the button in a "pressed" state when Scheduler is Enabled, and a "unpressed" state when disabled.

Or even better.... Down in the status bar, Have a simple Red/Green Icon to visually note the status of the Scheduler option.

This would be greatly appreciated to users like I who let utorrent live on a static computer, or always running application and can easily glance, then enable/disable the Scheduler when bandwidth is needed else where, and when free to open up the flood gates.

Right click where it says "DHT enabled."

Or to the left of it.

Yeah. Any of the 4 leftmost boxes in the status bar allow right click to enable scheduler and DHT.
