Seems to be working fine, but can't get a green tick

After getting rid of Roxio, everything seems to be working fine. But...

I cannot get the tick to turn green; can't get the port checker to see my port. Everything is configured properly in my router and firewall.

Using a lnksysWRT330N router and Comodo firewall.

Any thoughts?

That's almost definitely the source of your problem then. Try connecting your computer directly to the modem (that is, disconnect the wire connecting your modem to the router, and connect it to your computer instead). Does the problem persist?
